Having existed in one form or another since 1964, the station has gone through many changes.

The 2025-2026 saw the latest round of upgrades leaving the station in a good shape to face the future.

HF:

  • FlexRadio Aurora AU510
  • Fritzel FB DX 506 5 element 6-band (10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30 m) antenna on a 24 meter lattice tower
  • Kelemen 3-band (40, 80, 160 m) dipole (not yet operational)

V/UHF:

  • ICOM IC-9700 transceiver
  • ICOM IC-R8600 receiver
  • 2 x Vårgårda 6 element 2 m (circular polarisation)
  • 2 x Vårgårda 13 element 70 cm (circular polarisation)
  • Yaesu G-5500 rotator for satellite work
  • Diamond X-300

Note: the satellite station is not yet operational. Should come online September 2026.
