About SK0TM

Welcome to SK0TM – the official visitor station of SSA (Swedish Amateur Radio Union) located at the National Museum of Science and Technology.

The station traces its roots to SM5DTM – an event station that was established at the museum in February 1964. The callsign changed to SK0BW in 1968 and finally became SK0TM in 1970.

The station moved to the adjacent Telecommunications Museum in 1979. The station remained there until that institutions closure in January 2004. After two years without a permanent QTH the station was re-opened in the main building of the National Museum of Science and Technology in 2007.

The station is staffed by volunteer operators from the ranks of SSA.
